In the Roger Dubuis flamboyant spirit, the new Excalibur Bi-retrograde jumping date watch scores points with its extravagant design, a lavish diameter of 45 mm which highlights the bi-retrograde "butterfly date". The watch also boasts an automatic manufacture movement, with power reserve and quick date corrector. Even a fleeting glance can instantly distinguish the date from the time because dominant Roman numerals mark the hours, while the date display relies on an orange-coloured hand and Arabic numerals. Pressing an unobtrusive button in the case's flank conveniently advances this indicator in daily increments. Roger Dubuis equips this timepiece with a self-winding movement that concatenates 294 components and amasses 48 hours of power reserve. The Excalibur Bi-Retrograde Jumping Date is handcrafted in a limited series of only 88 watches. Furthermore, Calibre RD14B has been dubbed to knighthood with a stroke of the Geneva Seal, an accolade granted solely to watch movements that comply with twelve especially stringent quality criteria. This brand new movement is housed in a white gold case. The hand-stitched alligator strap is fitted with a white gold folding buckle.
